How many times does the tile need to be fired?

Glazed ceramic tile is the most common type of brick in decoration. Glazed tiles are tiles whose surface is treated with glaze, and are divided into glazed tiles and matte glazed tiles according to the different luster.

So how many times does the tile need to be fired? One-time firing: Simply put, the powder is pressed into a drying kiln and then printed/ink-jetted, and then fired at a high temperature.

Secondary firing: The powder is pressed and molded at high temperature, and then the bottom glaze and top glaze are poured on the green body, then printed/ink-jetted, and finally fired at a high temperature. Firing twice is better than firing once, so the quality of the products fired is better, and the difficulty of production is lower.
